It seems like magic! I usually try to keep my positive feelings about anything to a myself and just present the facts, but when you have been through more than 2 years of agony and then find some relief, it's hard to keep quiet. What I'm referring to is my own experience with back pain, brought on by spending too much time sitting in front of a computer and not compensating by taking up a balanced program of physical activity. For more than two years, I have been going to doctors, physiotherapists, masseurs, taking drugs to kill pain, and still facing a return of my misery after very brief pauses of relief. There were times I would finish my day and the only thing I was capable of doing was painfully hobble to my bed where, laying flat on my back, I could manage my affliction. A person in continual pain often will resort to some pretty unusual actions in a sub-conscious effort to relieve their torment. I was becomming a terror, often chewing-out members of my family or others close to me for no good reason at all. In retrospect, I can see that I would go into certain forums on the internet and pick fights with people who I hardly knew just to find some outlet for my anguish which I didn't want to display. The solution for me has come from a software product called BreakPal which I first described in my first article about the health issues of running an affiliate business. I found that after less than a week and using the program a fraction of what is recommended, I was noticing a drastic improvement in my situation. I'm still slowly working up to the recommended 3 minute workouts which the program automatically remindes me to do but I'm convinced that I've got a handle on the problem. I can't remember how long it's been since I've felt as good as I do now. If you spend more than a couple of hours a day sitting in front of a computer, I can't urge you enough to take a look at Break Pal -- a program the keep you healthy at your desk (Go to Link)

Amazon Affiliate/Honor System ConflictIn addition to an affiliate program, Amazon.com has a program through which it is possible to receive payments up to $50.00 for direct sales of digital goods, or to receive donations, tips or other payments from users. Amazon calls the program the Honor System, and has an on line system set up to guide new people through setting up to receive payments. There is no charge to enter or stay in the program, and only a commission is charged when a payment is made. These rates may vary, however, Amazon has recently reduced their charges to make it less expensive to receive payments. One detail which Amazon affiliate may wish to take into account. When a user clicks on a PayBox, they are taken to an Amazon.com web page where all aspects of the transaction are completed and even the "Thank You" page is on an Amazon.com page. To return to the affiliate's web site, the user must click on a link which the affiliate provides. If they do not return to the affiliate's web site, they stay on Amazon's site, however, NO purchases made at that point will be credited to the affiliate. The affiliate program and the honor system are totally separate, Amazon has informed us. If an affiliate is to earn credit for any purchases, it must begin by a user clicking on an affiliate link on the affiate's web site, but NOT the honor system.
