The idea is to make it easy for your customers and prospective clients to communicate with you, but do not allow robots or unscrupulous humans to pick up your e-mail address to send you anything which they think might be of interest to you.
Use a simple infomation request forms and your server will send a message to your private e-mail address ONLY if the person enters in their data and identifies themselves in the manner which you specify.
Later, you can reply and give them a private e-mail address to continue personal communication.
How do you put a contact form on your web site?
